HOW TO DEAL WITH GOVERNMENT AUDITS, INVESTIGATIONS, AND PROSECUTIONS (Sept 18)

In today's environment in Government contracting, we need to deal with Audits, Investigations, and Civil or Criminal prosecutions as the Government tries to ensure that rules are followed and rule-breakers are punished.  This seminar will not talk about the rules, but how to survive the audits, investigations, and potential prosecutions (civil or criminal) that may come either due to regular audits and reviews, qui tam or Government ordered investigations, or potential civil or criminal prosecution.  We will discuss how to answer the Government's requests for data, documents, and testimony, and will provide some tips on how to best defend your position, protect yourself, exercise your rights, and hopefully convince the Government or the Courts that you have not violated the rules.   This course is a must for survival in the current Government Contracts arena.
