Selected candidate must have U S Navy ship building experience and understand the uniqueness of MIL-SPEC work and the requirements thereof. The selected candidate will also process excellent management or professional skills so to professionally direct and manage work items, update weekly progress reports, attended production meetings, track materials, and above all, provides excellent communication skills with all levels of customer interface.
