The selected candidate will understand planning and scheduling of work item task based on priorities, space availability, materials, and man-power. The PM will work closely with the shipyard/customer team to establish and build on a positive, long term relationship. This person MUST have great communication and leadership skills - at Talon, our managers "Lead by Example"; so walking the deck-plates is a most. Understanding the functional aspects of Electrical & Mechanical Shipboard Systems is definitely a major plus. The PM will be polished in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
