Contracts Manager, Colonna's Shipyard, Inc.
Kelvin Gray join Colonna's Shipyard's in 2008 and is currently serving as the Contracts Manager.
Mr. Gray retired from the United States Navy as a Naval Officer in 2007 with 23 years of service. He has over 22 years of production control and management experience primarily serving has a Program Manager. Currently he serves as the primary interface between Colonna’s Shipyard and subcontractors supporting Government contract execution. He ensures that schedule, cost and quality initiatives are met and is responsible for estimating and negotiating all contract changes. He is also responsible for contract administration, estimating and production to ensure customer needs and resource requirements are met. Mr. Gray is the Program Manager for a 5 year contract with the City of New York for the overhaul of 5 large Staten Island Ferries. He is responsible for ensuring contract compliance with the City of New York.
Mr. Gray's education consist of a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics and a Master's in Business Administration.
