Steve Miley has over 40 years of experience in the ship repair and Fleet Modernization industry. His current position has him leading the Planning, Engineering and Scheduling teams. His prior positions included General Dynamics Director of Programs, Metro Machine Vice President of Programs, Metro Machine MSMO Programs Manager, Metro Machine General Manager - Erie Division, President and CEO of Erie Marine Services and various management positions at Jonathan Corporation.
Steve is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) and is actively involved with CVN Carrier Team One.
Steve holds a Business Management degree from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.
Steve and his wife, Billie, live in Virginia Beach. They have two grown children and several grandchildren.
