The VSRA Human Resources Professional Development Seminar was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at WHRO. We had a record breaking attendance of "71" HR professionals in attendance for this half-day seminar sponsored by the VSRA Human Resources Committee.
Presenters and topics included Brian Obal, “Latest Trends in Employee Benefits & ACA Update;" John DiDio, “Managing EEO Complaints/EEO & OFCCP Compliance Update;" Troy Woodbury, ”Navigating the Base Access/RAPIDGate Challenge;" and Chris Abel, “Understanding the National Labor Relations Act’s Greatly Expanded Role in Non-Unionized Workplaces.”
This seminar was approved for HRCI for 3.00 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
