Workforce / Training

The Virginia Ship Repair Foundation is a 501(c)3 that was established to develop new workers who are interested in entering the ship repair industry. Today, the Foundation collaborates with a diverse array of partners to ensure the ship repair industry has qualified incumbent and entry-level workers.

To promote, support, and provide training and developmental resources to the ship repair industry.
