The first General Membership meeting of 2021 will be held virtually on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. The speaker for the meeting will be Bill Crow, President of the Virginia Ship Repair Association. Bill will be presenting the VSRA Annual Report - an overview of VSRA activities, initiatives, and successes in 2020 and a look ahead at the goals for 2021.

As 2020 draws to a close (and good riddance, right?), we look for areas in which we can improve and set new goals to achieve. If your goal is to reduce your claims costs, here are three resolutions to strengthen your claims strategy in 2021.

 The Virginia Ship Repair Association, in partnership with the Virginia Ship Repair Foundation, conducts outreach, awareness, and advocacy activities that strengthen the ship repair industry and improve the business environment for our members. Founded in 1904, the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is a non-profit, volunteer, worldwide service organization with a mission to provide financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Service, eligible family members, and survivors when in need.  In addition to financial assistance and education, the Society provides non-interest loans, visiting nurse service, emergency travel, disaster relief, and many other services.  The Society has volunteer-manned offices throughout the United States and worldwide to be readily available to provide rapid and effective assistance.

The 15th Annual Ship Repair Virtual LEGO Competition has officially launched! 

We need volunteers to serve as technical advisors and judges. 

We are now preparing for the VSRF 35th Annual Golf Tournament in October 2021. Our Association members have enjoyed over 15 years of golfing at Bayville Golf Club for this Tournament.
