Brian Holland joined MHI Ship Repair & Services in 2014 as the Business Director. In 2018, he was promoted to his current position as Vice President of Programs and Business Capture. In this position, he is responsible for the technical and financial success of all ship maintenance programs undertaken by the company. He also plays an integral role in strategic planning and the development of the company’s annual business plan.
Mr. Holland started his career in ship repair as a Nuclear Assistant Shift Test Engineer at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY). Over the course of his 12 years at NNSY, he progressed to the position of Nuclear Project Engineer and Planning Manager. In 2002, he joined Earl Industries as the Director of Planning where he was responsible for the oversight of planning and scheduling efforts in support of the company’s Multi-Ship/Multi-Option (MSMO) Contracts. As a collateral duty, he was also responsible for the development and submission of multiple MSMO proposals.
Mr. Holland has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from VA Tech, a Master of Engineering Management Degree from Old Dominion University, and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
