Victor Brannon serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Risk and Compliance for Vigor Marine Group - MHI Norfolk. Throughout his career with MHI, which began in 2007, Victor has held multiple roles within the organization. As General Counsel, he is responsible for the day-to-day legal needs of the company and its subsidiaries ranging from employment matters to corporate governance and government contract compliance. In his role as Vice President of Risk and Compliance, he oversees the company’s human resources, security, safety, environmental, risk and compliance functions.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Clemson University, a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. Victor and his wife, Emily, reside in Norfolk with their two daughters.
