Lee has led MARCOM Services as President since he founded the company in 2012.
He began his career in 1978, working for MP Industries, based out of Baltimore Maryland, which at the time was one of the largest Industrial & Marine Preservation companies in the nation. He served in various roles, culminating in 1988 when he was named the Marine Operations Manager. In 1992, he left to co-found United Coatings, which was headquartered in Portsmouth, Virginia. In 1995, United Coatings became a business unit of Earl Industries where Lee served as a Senior Vice President. After nineteen years, he left to form MARCOM Services.
Lee was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and is a 1978 gradute of Bowling Green State University where he received a Bachelor of Science.
Lee and his wife Mary reside in Virginia Beach. They have four grown children and eleven grandchildren.
