This day reflects the gratitude that Americans have for the Maritime Industry and it’s many benefits to this Country. It also recognizes ships and seafarers who have held a special place in our Nation’s history.
The National Maritime Day will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Decker Half Moone Center at Nauticus, 1 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510.

This fabulous event will be backdropped with Cocktails aboard the USNS Spearhead from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a wreath laying ceremony and champagne toast, sponsored by McAllister. From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. there will be a sit-down dinner in the Half Moone Celebration Center where the recognition of our VSRF Junior and Senior Tradesperson of the Year winners will be presented their awards.
