ETHICS & STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

The 2021 VSRA Ethics and Standards of Conduct for Government Contractors Seminar will provide an overview of the FAR Compliance Programs, review the key Federal Statutes and Regulations including the False Claims Act, the False Statements Act, the Mandatory Disclosure Requirements, Anti-Trust Price Fixing / Bid Rigging, Employee Code of Conduct, Cyber Security Reporting Updates, Section 889a Certifications, Bidding Government Contracts, SBA Certifications  and Personal and Organizational Conflicts of Interest.

We will also address recent court decisions and current DOJ activities / focus points.

Participants will receive attendance certificates for yearly compliance training.
