The Virginia Ship Repair Association has partnered with the Hampton Roads Workforce Council and Community College Workforce Cooperative on an exciting new initiative known as HR STRONG. The program utilizes state funding streams to start participants on a skilled trades career pathway in WELDING or STRUCTURAL FITTING via Marine Trade Training (MTT) Levels 1 – 3. We will be hosting a lunch and learn informational session on HR STRONG and how it can benefit VSRA Member Companies. The lunch-and-learn will take place on May 18, 2022 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the VSRA Office (downtown Norfolk) or Virtually via Zoom.
