NOVEMBER 9, 2022, VSRA ETHICS & STANDARDS OF CONDUCT PROGRAM
Special Seminar
For 2022 VSRA Program, Kerry Hotopp, US Navy Assistant General Counsel, DON Acquisition Integrity Office and Cara Little, Associate Counsel/Division Director DON Acquisition Integrity Office will join James A. Kelley, James A. Kelley & Associates and Patrick O’Donnell, Kaufman & Canoles for the presentation of the 2022 VSRA Ethics and Standards of Conduct for Government Contractors Program. This program will provide the VSRA members with unique and valuable insights from both the Government and Industry perspectives.
Topics will include an overview of the FAR Compliance Programs, the review the False Claims Act, the False Statements Act and other key Federal Statues, Anti-Trust Price Fixing / Bid Rigging, Bidding Government Contracts and Personal and Organizational Conflicts of Interest. In addition, the Program will highlight and review the Mandatory Disclosure Requirements, Voluntary Disclosures, Government Investigations, Employee interviews, Qui Tam Actions and current DOJ activities / focus points.
Participants will receive attendance certificates for yearly compliance
