NOTICE **LOCATION FOR APRIL LUNCHEON MEETING IS THE TED CONSTANT CONVOCATION CENTER, CHARTWAY ARENA, ODU, 4320 Hampton Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23529.
Parking: There is NO CHARGE to park in the Ted Constant Convocation Center South Garage on 43rd Street on the day of the event. If the 1st floor is full, guests may park on additional floors of the CCC South Garage. Note: Please do not park in spaces marked as "Reserved."
The guest speakers for the April 14, 2026 luncheon meeting are Dr. Matt Draper, Deputy Director of Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment Program and Mr. James Mismash, Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Growth.
The Chairman of the VSRA Board moderates the general membership meetings. VSRA Committee Chairs provide reports to the general membership at the meetings followed by guest speaker presentations.
