PARKING NOTICE: Please be advised that Old Dominion University has a concert scheduled for 3:30 p.m. tomorrow. There may already be parking attendants at the parking garage collecting payment from concert attendees.
If you are asked to pay for parking, simply let the attendant know that you are attending the VSRA General Membership Luncheon. They will allow you to enter the garage free of charge.
NOTICE **LOCATION FOR AUGUST LUNCHEON MEETING IS THE TED CONSTANT CONVOCATION CENTER, CHARTWAY ARENA, ODU, 4320 Hampton Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23529.
Parking: There is NO CHARGE to park in the Ted Constant Convocation Center South Garage on 43rd Street on the day of the event. If the 1st floor is full, guests may park on additional floors of the CCC South Garage. Note: Please do not park in spaces marked as "Reserved."
The guest speaker for the August 11, 2026 luncheon meeting is Congresswoman Jen Kiggans, VA-02, United States House of Representatives.
The Chairman of the VSRA Board moderates the general membership meetings. VSRA Committee Chairs provide reports to the general membership at the meetings followed by guest speaker presentations.
