VSRA invites Human Resources professionals from our member companies to join us for the HR Professionals Connect & Learn event!
This session is designed for HR professionals who are not currently engaged with the VSRA Human Resources Committee and are interested in learning more about the resources, connections, and opportunities available through VSRA.
During this event, attendees will receive an overview of the VSRA Human Resources Committee and how it supports HR professionals across the ship repair industry. Participants will learn about the Committee's focus areas, current initiatives, and the many benefits of connecting with fellow HR professionals throughout the association. This will be followed by a dedicated networking session where attendees can build relationships, exchange ideas, and connect with HR professionals from across the local ship repair industry. Lunch will be provided.
Topics will include:
- Overview of the VSRA Human Resources Committee and membership benefits
- Committee discussion topics and areas of focus
- Information about the annual VSRA Human Resources Seminar
- VSRA resources available to HR professionals, including the job board and industry updates
- Ways to get involved and maximize your VSRA membership
This event is a great opportunity to meet other HR professionals, ask questions, and discover how VSRA can support you and your organization’s workforce needs.

Registration for this event is limited to 1 participant per company, but we'll provide additional materials to bring back to your team.
