Join attorneys Michael Collett and Paul Hawkins as they review the top 10 provisions all ship repair companies see in their subcontracts.  From indemnification and insurance requirements to disputes, changes and FAR flowdowns, Mike and Paul will explain in plain language what these provisions mean and how they operate in practice. Paul and Mike will also simulate a typical prime and subcontractor negotiation of these terms to outline how contractors on both sides can ensure their agreements appropriately mitigate risk and comply with prime contract requirements and applicable laws and regulations. This will be a helpful topic relevant to ship repair professionals on both sides of the fence and across all levels of experience.

Registration is for this seminar session only. Each seminar session requires separate registration. Registration will open individually for each session as it becomes available.
