VSRA offers courses at a greatly reduced rate. Participation affects our ability to refund these courses. Cancellations must be made within 4 business days of the course to recieve full credit contingent on slots being filled. Late cancellations will be given a 50% credit towards a future training or 100% if open slots is filled.
No-shows WILL BE CHARGED the course fee and no refunds will be made.
