Fiber Optics 6000-2250 NAVSEA Terminate and Testing modules (October 2-6)

This course is under the oversight of KITCO Fiber Optics. The course provides NAVSEA Fiber Optic Training in support of the Navy Shipboard Fiber Optic Training Certification Program (NSFOTCP). NSFOTCP Modules are taught in accordance with training curriculum requirements, as specified in Section 5 of NAVSEA Drawing 8477552A.

OSHA 10 Hour Maritime Course #7615 (October 2-3)

Monday, October 02, 2017 - Tuesday, October 03, 2017, 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM

The OSHA-10 hour course awards the 10-hour certification card and meets all of the mandated regulations for the Maritime Industry (OSHA Code of Federal Regulations 29 CFR 1915) course 7615 in a format that specifically addresses the challenges and environmental conditions specific to the shipyards. In addition, ship yard specific regulations and issues are covered in depth. Instructors are authorized by OSHA endorsed certification programs. The completion card is valid for 5 years at which time the course must be repeated. Cards are issued through the Instructor's certifying body. All book, material and certification costs are covered in the course fee.
