We are seeking an experienced warehouse manager with documented success working within a dynamic and fast paced warehouse operation. A results oriented individual with natural leadership presence and hands-on approach. Must be able to manage and coach individuals to a higher level of performance and work comfortably in a distribution environment that changes frequently and requires significant multi-tasking.
Pay Rate: $20
Warehouse Manager duties include but not limited to:
Directly oversee and develop assigned areas personnel i.e. receiving, order picking, packaging, shipping, replenishment, slotting, and inventory control by communicating job expectations and monitoring and appraising job performance.
Manage and communicate daily / weekly / monthly output goals and objectives.
Actively measure and monitor proper staffing levels based on key performance standards.
Recommend, implement and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department and company processes to improve employee performance, quality control, productivity, efficiency and lower costs
Warehouse Manager Skills/Qualifications:
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Strong team player and leader with the ability to work independently across multiple functions and disciplines.
Possess excellent problem solving skills and the ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and problems.
Functional knowledge in MS office, excel, WMS, and other general warehouse computer software systems.
5+ year experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including order fulfillment, replenishment, shipping, receiving, routing, packing, scheduling deliveries and inventory management.
Warehouse Manager Supervisor Requirements:
Bachelors in Business Management or equivalent experience
