The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition, recruitment and compensation processes and strategies for employees and the temporary workforce. Serves as subject matter expert on the Human Capital Management systems (Applicant Tracking System, Human Resource Management, etc.) for the Human Resources department. Prepares and provides information on employee demographics, trends, and projections to senior management. This position reports to the Director Human Resources. Maintains internal contacts with all departments, outside agencies, vendors and other organizations. Supervises up to six HR Generalists responsible for recruiting and compensation.
