Summary of duties – Prism Maritime, LLC is currently seeking a Submarine Program Manager to work out of their Chesapeake, VA office. The Submarine Program Manager will manage the Submarine C5ISR Program. Responsibilities include: directing assigned team, supporting estimate development and project planning, budget control and change order management, and providing oversight for all aspects associated with a successful C5ISR Submarine (Installation) Program. This position is one of two - key category - direct reports to the Prism Sea Enterprise 3 Program Manager. The Sea Enterprise management team will work from Prism's Chesapeake, Virginia location; however considerable travel will be required to support the program in San Diego, California.
Additionally, the Submarine Program Manager will also be responsible for supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals and preparing bids, and equipment and material logistics control related to Submarine C4I installations. Assists the Senior Program Manager and is empowered to act for the SPM in his/her absence. Responsible for the daily operations of the Submarine Installation Program and ensures efficiency in administration of tasks.
