Assembly, conversion and repair of hydraulic pumps, motors and hydrostatic drive systems.
Overhaul, test and set up of Parker Denison PVP 60 Series Pumps, Gold Cup Pumps and Motors, P48 Pumps, Hagglund's Hydraulic Motors, Vickers PVB 110 and 200 Pumps.
Performs trouble shooting and set up of hydraulic pumps and calibrations
Performs Hydraulic troubleshooting and reads Hydraulic diagrams, electrical schematics and symbols.
Performs Trouble shooting of hydraulic cylinders and be able to perform predictive activities on hydraulic systems
Perform other duties as directed or required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
2-year technical degree or equivalent level of experience. (Minimum 5 years)
Fluid Power Certification desired, Mobile Hydraulics or trade school certification
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position.
Closely follow manuals and procedures to perform daily duties.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to read and write English and follow both verbal and written instructions.
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality workmanship.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations and company policies.
Able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Employee must be able to have good vision or corrective lens to see visual defects
