Seeking a qualified Project Supervisor to manage and supervise the NAVY Berthing Barge Contract. Reviews work specifications, work orders and work authorization chits. Assigns Barge Technicians, trades, craftsman and sub-contractors who perform general maintenance, repairs and equipment removals and installations. Identifies and initiates procurement of maintenance and repair materials and sub-contractor services. Prioritizes work tasks and work assignments. Ensures all work orders are accomplished on schedule and within budget and are properly closed out upon completion. Oversees work accomplished and witnesses operational tests and Check Points. Responsible for the supervision, removal and disposition of Government Property (GFM) from the Barges. Prepares, updates and submits a variety of financial and condition reports, progress reports and condition found reports. This is a fulltime local position with benefits. Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible to access area military facilities and U.S. NAVY vessels. Satisfactory personal history/background check and drug screen will be required.
