Job Description: Will serve as the Q.E.D. Systems, Inc. Watercraft Project Manager (WPM) managing and overseeing Watercraft projects, involving the maintenance, repair, alteration, testing, troubleshooting and prototyping of Boats and Watercraft and their associated systems and support equipment. Watercraft Project Manager will report directly to Program Manager. Must be able to determine work priority and supervise skilled tradesmen to assigned tasks to ensure timely completion of all tasks with requisite quality. Specific responsibilities will include project estimating, planning, project manning, scheduling, project logistics and staging, boat transportation, and OEMs and subcontractors. While providing technical oversight.
Job Requirements/skill sets: Must have a minimum of 10-years of experience in ship and boat design, acquisition, testing, prototyping, construction, maintenance and modernization, including at least 5-years of experience specifically relating to small boats and watercraft. Boat and Watercraft experience must include operation, trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair, testing, and prototyping boat systems and support equipment. Experience managing and supervising projects a plus.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma required. OEM certifications a plus
