The 2020 VSRA Contracts Committee Seminar Series is underway! This seminar series VSRA Contracts Committee puts together a series of in-depth, informative seminars on issues related to government contracting, commercial work, and small business. This year, due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19, all seminars in the series will be conducted virtually via Zoom. All virtual seminars are at 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

The second seminar in the series, Other Transaction Authorities, will take place on Tuesday, October 27 from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM. This virtual seminar will take place via Microsoft Teams.
The seminar will be led by Ed Amorosso, Norfolk Managing Partner & National Co-Leader Government Contracts, BDO, and Aaron Raddock, Partner & National Leader, Government Contracts, BDO. These two experts in government, industry, and BDO’s government contracts consulting practice will:
- Provide an overview of Other Transaction Authorities
- Describe the latest developments and spending trends
- Explore potential expansion in government and NAVSEA's use of Other Transaction Authorities
- Examine practical issues and tips for navigating OTA contracting
