Please join us on Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the VSRA Offices, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 5500, Norfolk, VA for our VSRA JOB BOARD ENHANCEMENT LUNCH & LEARN. In our continued efforts to provide value to our members and in keeping pace with advancing technology, VSRA is excited to announce a new initiative designed to significantly increase our collective ability to identify and source national, regional, and local based talent for your company’s possible hire. This new enhancement to our VSRA Job Board will enable us to aggregate and syndicate ship repair related labor data among all regional stakeholders (business, military, education, skilled trades, etc.).
VSRA is inviting our members to a live demonstration at the VSRA offices on how the system works and the best ways to capitalize on its functionality. Given the breadth of data that this system generates, we encourage representatives from an array of departments to attend. This new system can automatically connect businesses to the talent supply in the region; more importantly, it very quickly allows industry personnel to observe and understand exactly how candidates align to qualify for open positions.
