Mr. Costa has served the VSRA OSHA Partnership from 2011-2014. He has been the driving force in renewing VSRA’s Partnership agreement for an additional 3 years with OSHA. Mr. Costa has thirty plus years’ experience as an Industrial Hygienist with OSHA and the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He began employment with OSHA in 1978.
After 36 years in Government service, Mr. Costa is now retiring.
