Before registering for an event, seminar or course; or purchasing a product or service from us, please read the following:

Return & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: This Course Refund & Cancellation Policy was last updated on 3/6/2012.

VSRA strives to keep event and product prices well below market.  Cancellations must be made before 4 business days in advance of the start date of the event, course or seminar to receive full credit.  Late cancellations received within 4 business days in advance of the day before the event, course or seminar starts will be given a 50% credit towards future seminars or courses.  No-shows or cancellations the business day before the event start day WILL BE CHARGED the applicable fee and no refunds will be made.  If VSRA has to re-schedule or cancel an offering, we will work with your company to place employees in a future training course.  Products may be returned within 14-days of purchase as long as they are in the same new condition.
