The Virginia Ship Repair Association Human Resources Committee presents the Annual Human Resources Professional Development Seminar which will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This seminar covers a variety of topics essential to the HR professional.
- Format: Four 30-minute presentations with 5 or 10 minute breaks between the second and third topic presented
- Cost: $20 per person

4. Training Supervisors on Deckplates Leadership, Best Practices for Conducting Meetings, and for Communicating Employer Policies
This seminar session has been submitted for 3 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward a PHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®); and SHRM to offer SHRM-CP® or SHRM SCP® professional development credits (PDCs).
