Who Is Eligible?
- Students: High school or college seniors planning a maritime career.
- Career Changers: Those interested in transitioning into skilled trades.
- Residents: Must live in (or relocate to) Virginia.
- VSRA Family: Dependents of member company employees are encouraged to apply.
