Marine Chemist Service, Inc. is a leading Environmental Laboratory with its main office in the Oyster Point Park area of Newport News, VA. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for Office Manager, Accounting Manager, and Security Officer. You would have a staff of 4 very dedicated office personnel.
Associates Degree with 4 years office experience
Or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years office experience.
• Leadership ability.
• Self-starter works independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience with supervising.
• Proven proficiency in Quick Books.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Small Business Server 2010.
• Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) security system.
• Security/access processes for local Shipyards.
• Strong knowledge of small business daily operations.
• Communicates effectively with clients, vendors, department supervisors and corporate officers.
